Join us for The Ultrasound Event | AIUM 2025 Annual Convention March 29 - April 1, 2025. Learn More >>>
This series delves into key areas of maternal-fetal imaging, including fetal echocardiography and abnormal findings, and their clinical implications. Each session will provide an in-depth review of imaging guidelines, clinical indications, and the components required for high-quality ultrasound examinations. Highlights include focused discussions on obstetric guidelines, advanced imaging for RASopathies in collaboration with genetic insights, and strategies for managing complex multiple gestations. Through real-world case studies, participants will explore imaging abnormalities, refine diagnostic accuracy, and expand their clinical knowledge.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Apply current AIUM obstetric imaging Practice Parameters, including fetal echocardiography, to ensure comprehensive and accurate diagnostic evaluations.
Identify and interpret abnormal imaging findings, particularly those associated with RASopathies, by integrating advanced ultrasound techniques with genetic insights for improved prenatal diagnosis.
Understand diagnostic accuracy and clinical decision-making in complex multiple gestations through hands-on case studies, advanced imaging techniques, and multidisciplinary approaches.
