AIUM Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written cancellation for events, courses, or programs must be received by the AIUM at least 30 days before the event/program to receive a refund of the course registration fee minus an administration fee. Please reference each event’s specific cancellation policy for the specific administration fee.

All cancellations must be received by the AIUM via e-mail to learn@aium.org or by phone at 800-638-5352.

In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, registration fees will be applied to a future AIUM learning opportunity or fully refunded. However, please note that the AIUM cannot be held responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred by participants.
