A: Unfortunately, no. Registration, attendance, and access to food and beverages are exclusively available for participants who have registered for the Pre-Seminar Courses and/or the Main Seminar. While you are welcome to travel with guests, we kindly request that no guests accompany you to the Conference Center where the event takes place. Rest assured, the Main Seminar concludes at 1:00 pm each day, giving you ample time to join your guests and explore the resort and its surroundings.
Please be considerate by only taking food and beverages for yourself. Quantities are limited to paid registered participants.

We recommend bringing your preferred note-taking tools to the Seminar. Prior to the event, you will have access to the syllabus, which includes the speaker’s presentations. You can download and/or print them, depending on your preference.
In-person Attendees: if you choose to bring an electronic device, please ensure it is fully charged each morning since there is no electricity available at each table/chair. There are electric outlets/charging ports in some of the foyers outside of the meeting room.

A: Participants may earn up to 8.5 CME credits by registering and participating in both the Pre-Seminar Courses plus an additional 14.5 CME credits for participating in the Main Seminar. See the CME Information page for details.
A: Instructions to claim your CME credits for the course are included in the syllabus. Please note that you will not be able to claim your credits until after the course has ended.

A: The registration fees for the Seminar do not include hotel accommodations. You will need to make them separately using the reservation link provided in the confirmation email once the Seminar registration is received.
A: The registration system will send the receipt within 5–10 minutes after the registration is submitted, and the confirmation email will follow soon after. Please be sure to check your Spam folder, as sometimes they will end up there. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of submitting your registration, please email learn@aium.org.
A: The group rate is $277 USD plus taxes per night for single or double occupancy. Additional occupants will be charged $25 per person, per night. Included in these rates are access to Complimentary Disney transportation to their Theme Parks via Bus, Boat, or Skyliner; free Wi-Fi access in the hotel, complimentary self-parking, and complimentary access to their on-site Fitness Center and multiple pools located at the Yacht and Beach Resort.
A: We recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as possible. Our seminar and location are popular! Only a select number of rooms are contracted and guaranteed at the discounted rate. When those discounted rooms are gone, additional rooms at the discounted rate may not be available. If the room block does not sell out, the reservation cut-off date is Monday, January 20, 2025. After that date, rooms may be available; however, Disney will sell them at their standard rate (ie, no group discount will be available).
Group room rates are honored 3 days pre and post-event based on hotel room availability.
A: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference center. No code is necessary—just choose Public Space Guest Wi-Fi (Disney). The Wi-Fi works well for basic Internet browsing, checking email, or posting to your favorite social network.

A: There are a lot of options for entertainment at Walt Disney World that do not include Theme Park admission. Directly across the Lake from the Yacht and Beach Club Resort is Disney’s Boardwalk. This Boardwalk boasts multiple dining options as well as entertainment at Atlantic Dance Hall or Jellyrolls, a fun dueling-pianos bar. Disney Springs (formerly called Downtown Disney) has a number of entertainment, food, and shopping options as well. You can take Disney bus transportation to get there. Also, motorized boat rentals and miniature golf are within walking distance.
A: Yes! Orlando is a sizable city in Central Florida. While the attractions bring in over 60 million visitors, the great Orlando area has a population of over 2.5 million residents. You can find a multitude of additional events, activities from eco-friendly tours, and outings to theater, cultural events, and sporting events.
